Weekly Stocks Report — Mar 27, 2026

Mar 27, 2026 · 7 min read

This week's stocks recap is the last data collection week before we start locking in the notification formula. We're now six weeks into outcome tracking with sector data, index context, RVOL, SJ Scores, and peak-after-15m — enough data to start drawing real conclusions. Here's what week 13 told us.

Week Overview

152 entries this week — down slightly from last week's 166 but consistent with our 4-week average. All 152 were qualified entries with full outcome data. SJ Scores ranged from 24 to 80 — the first time we've seen a stock entry hit SJ 80. The indices were mildly positive at entry (NASDAQ +0.11%, S&P +0.19%), suggesting a neutral-to-slightly-favorable market backdrop.

Activity peaked mid-week on Wednesday (45 entries) before declining to 21 on Friday — a pattern that breaks the recent Monday-heavy decay trend and suggests mid-week catalysts drove this week's momentum.

Top Screener Entries This Week

1. KOD — peaked at +82.2%. SJ: 51. RVOL: 6.11x. Sector: Healthcare

Entered Thursday at 5:45 AM ET. Price at entry: $38.48. Entry gain: +69.1%. Peak: +82.2%. Peak after 15m: +11.7%. RVOL: 6.11x. KOD entered with a large gain already in play, but the peak-after-15m of only +11.7% tells us most of the move was captured in the initial spike. Useful for calibrating alert timing — this is a "take profits fast" setup.

2. AHMA — peaked at +80.0%. SJ: 65. RVOL: 114.78x. Sector: Consumer Cyclical

Entered Monday at 5:33 AM ET. Price at entry: $6.26. Entry gain: +37.7%. Peak: +80.0%. Peak after 15m: +80.0%. RVOL: 114.78x. The second-highest RVOL we've ever recorded (after DLTH's 134x). The peak-after-15m matching the overall peak means the entire +80% move was still ahead after the first 15 minutes — the opposite of KOD. AHMA is a "hold for the move" setup. Two entries with similar peak gains, but completely different timing profiles.

3. BGM — peaked at +70.8%. SJ: 60. RVOL: 53.35x. Sector: Healthcare

Entered Monday at 5:52 AM ET. Price at entry: $1.03. Entry gain: +70.8%. Peak: +70.8%. Peak after 15m: +25.0%. RVOL: 53.35x. A sub-$1 stock with massive relative volume. The entry gain equaling the peak means BGM was caught right at its high — another "take profits immediately" signal.

Notable: ANNA — three-week consecutive appearance

ANNA entered Tuesday at $7.11, peaked at +55.5%. SJ: 55. RVOL: 1.46x. Energy sector. ANNA has now appeared in three consecutive weekly reports (W10, W12, W13). Along with CFG in crypto and the now-retired RXT, ANNA is building the strongest case yet for the re-entry alert feature — persistent, multi-week momentum that the screener keeps catching.

Sector Breakdown

Technology's jump to 27% (from 16% last week) coincides with a flat NASDAQ — meaning tech stocks were generating momentum on individual catalysts rather than riding the index. Financial Services at 20% is the highest we've seen — driven by the FUBO entry (which was an extreme outlier excluded from outcome calculations) and several mid-cap financials.

Outcome Tracking

All 152 entries measured across 9 intervals. One extreme outlier (ADV, +2805% peak from a data anomaly) has been excluded from the averages below:

Interval Avg Win Rate Avg Win Avg Loss
5 min +0.33% 51% (78W/74L) +1.93% -1.35%
15 min +0.81% 53% (80W/72L) +2.55% -2.12%
30 min +1.12% 51% (78W/74L) +3.50% -2.63%
1 hour +1.18% 47% (71W/81L) +4.42% -2.80%
2 hours +0.56% 49% (75W/77L) +4.52% -3.99%
4 hours -0.19% 45% (69W/83L) +4.94% -4.91%
End of day -0.27% 47% (71W/81L) +4.83% -5.51%

The 15-min to 1-hour window is now the confirmed sweet spot — four weeks running. This week's data reinforces what we've seen since W10: stock entries produce their best risk-adjusted returns in the first 15–60 minutes. Average gain peaked at 1 hour (+1.18%) before deteriorating to -0.27% by EOD. Win rates topped at 53% at 15 min.

This is the data that will shape the notification formula. When we send a push alert for a stock, the implied message is: "this setup has an edge in the next 15–60 minutes." Not "hold this all day." The timing matters, and six weeks of data are converging on the same answer.

Peak After 15 Minutes

145 entries had peak-after-15m data. Average remaining upside after a 15-minute delay: +41.9%. Average time to hit that peak: 478 minutes (~8 hours). This is significantly higher than last week's +31.1% — partly driven by a few large movers like AHMA (+80% peak-after-15m), but the directional message is consistent: the screener catches moves early enough that the majority of upside is still ahead even after you take 15 minutes to evaluate.

RVOL & SJ Score

RVOL averaged 3.8x this week (up from 2.7x). 5 entries topped 10x, with AHMA at 114.78x. SJ Scores hit 80 for the first time — the highest since we started tracking. Average SJ was 52, consistent across weeks. The SJ 80 entry will be a valuable test case for the correlation analysis: did the highest-confidence score translate into the best outcome? That analysis is coming as we finalize the formula.

First Premarket Entry

One entry this week was flagged as premarket session — the first since we started logging session type. This is a direct result of the Tiingo data migration. As premarket coverage expands, we'll start tracking whether premarket entries produce different outcome profiles than regular-session entries. Early hypothesis: premarket entries may have larger peak gains (less competition, thinner liquidity) but also larger losses.
